How to get started
Write an essay
Tell us why you would like to join the yachting industry. Is it to travel the world? What adversities did you overcome in your childhood? Why do you feel like the Yachting industry is the next best move? We're excited to know!
Send us your resume
Put together a resume and send us what you think your best qualities are. What department are you interested in joining? Interior? Exterior? Galley? Engine room?
Zoom interveiw
We will do a zoom interview with the finalists to ensure each candidate is ready for the rollercoaster ride of yachting!

Must be available to start this fall!
Our first scholarship applicant will be chosen in October 2023 and able to start training shortly after!

Born and raised in Hilo Hawaii, Heather always dreamed of a bigger life than her hometown could offer. After 7 years in the yachting industry and the amount of doors that has opened for her since breaking into the industry- Heather dreams of a giveback.
